Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join their growing team in Liverpool City Centre. As an HR Administrator, you will provide core HR support by managing HR Hub enquiries, maintaining database integrity, and processing contract changes and updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR Hub enquiries from employees and management
  • Maintain database integrity on the iTrent database
  • Process contract changes and updates
  • Process new starter paperwork
  • Support with documentation generation
  • Take ownership of additional checks such as DBS or VISA applications

Requirements

  • Experience working with iTrent
  • Supporting busy HR operations
  • Basic understanding of employment legislation
  • Strong user of MS Office software, including SharePoint and One Drive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider operation

What We Offer

  • Full-time working hours, 9-5, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working once trained, with up to 3 days per week working from home
  • Hourly rate of £14 PAYE, rolled up to £15 with holiday accrual
  • Possible extension for the right candidate
