About the Role
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join their growing team in Liverpool City Centre. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing core HR support by managing HR Hub enquiries from employees or management, maintaining database integrity on the iTrent database, and processing contract changes or updates to personal details.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR Hub enquiries from employees or management
- Maintain database integrity on the iTrent database
- Process contract changes or updates to personal details
- Support with documentation generation as required
- Take ownership of additional checks such as DBS or VISA applications
Requirements
- Experience working with iTrent
- Basic understanding of employment legislation
- Strong user of MS Office software, including SharePoint and One Drive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
What You'll Get
- Full-time working hours, 9-5, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working arrangement once trained
- Hourly rate of £14.01ph PAYE, rolled up to £15.70ph with holiday accrual
