Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling meetings and conferences, booking venues and accommodations, and coordinating catering.
- Review and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
