Job Description:

**Accountable Recruitment** is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in a hybrid role based in Liverpool. As a critical member of our divisional HR team, you will report directly to the HR Director and be responsible for undertaking all general employee relations queries and administration tasks involving the full lifecycle of an employee.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with all Company policies, management systems, and standard operational procedures, including legal responsibilities related to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality.
  2. Promote Business Core Values: Display and promote the business's core values to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Provide Employment Advice and Coaching: Offer robust employment advice and coaching to site management and internal stakeholders to support their HR-related needs.
  4. Support Recruitment Activities: Assist with recruitment activities in accordance with the Company's timescales, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  5. Undertake HR Function Projects: Participate in HR function projects or support business improvement programs as required, contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
  6. Deploy Employee Engagement Programs: Implement and maintain employee engagement, communications, and retention programs, including employee surveys and recognition schemes.
  7. Support Performance Management: Collaborate with people managers and staff to ensure the company's performance management programs are maintained, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  8. Ensure Security Management: Work closely with the Security Manager and HR team to ensure all aspects of security management are implemented and maintained across the site.
  9. Update HR Information System: Ensure the Company HR Information System is up-to-date with all employee information, maintaining accurate and reliable data.
  10. Manufacturing Sector Experience: Possess proven working experience within an HR department in a manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of the industry's specific HR challenges.
  11. HR Information System Experience: Have experience using an HR information system and managing payroll administration, with a strong technical skillset.
