About the Role

Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in delivering an effective, comprehensive, and professional HR service to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Business Partner in delivering a proactive and responsive HR service, with a specific focus on developing the leadership capabilities of line managers.
  • Manage Employee Relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and sickness absence, ensuring effective management and resolution.
  • Lead on HR and Organisational Change Projects, advising on change programmes and delivering improvement projects to support the Trust's goals.
  • Support Managers to ensure key workforce performance indicators are met, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent, with CIPD qualification or working towards.
  • Experience in HR Management, including employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and HR policy development.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to establish credibility and rapport with staff at all levels.
  • Up-to-Date Knowledge of Employment Legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
