LB Wandsworth Schools is seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual for the role of Head of Human Resources. This is an exceptional opportunity for a CIPD qualified, self-driven, and strategic thinker to lead our dedicated HR team of Advisors and Assistants, ensuring the provision of a high-quality HR service.

This crucial position involves fostering a positive workplace culture and steering the HR strategy and operations during a phase of significant growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Operations and the senior leadership team. We are looking for a friendly, proactive individual with relevant HR experience, preferably within an educational or commercial setting, who is highly organized and demonstrates integrity, compassion, and empathy.

Our organization currently employs nearly 200 staff members and serves 215 pupils across two sites. As we prepare for the transition of our secondary provision to a new, purpose-built facility, we anticipate an increase in both pupil enrollment and staffing needs.
