About the Role:

Mulberry Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Candidate to join our team in Farnborough. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer service and marketing campaign requirements, booking appointments with our advisers and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Respond to customer emails and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound GDPR compliant calls with clients and prospects to book appointments and provide follow-up support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, providing personalized support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to relate to people and manage objections in a financial services sales context.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resilient and diplomatic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
