Key Responsibilities:
- Complete price benchmarking projects for key stakeholders, contributing to business growth and securing new business.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding product information.
- Deliver daily and ad hoc purchasing analysis and reports to Account Managers & key stakeholders.
- Contribute towards cost savings, add value, and support ongoing contract performance.
- Work closely with the Account Manager and support clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Organized, methodical, and able to manage priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Very organized and methodical.
- Analytical thinker and numerate.
- Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data using Excel to a high level.
- Must be able to use VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Formulas.
- Demonstrable experience of meeting targets & delivering client satisfaction.
