Customer Finance Support Specialist. This position plays a vital role in supporting the Retailer network (dealerships) and internal teams to facilitate Customer financing.
As a key support function, you will adapt quotations for both new and existing business, managing a high volume of calls, web chats, and administrative tasks. You will collaborate closely with the Underwriting team and liaise with various internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Your responsibilities will include providing essential support to business lines in communicating new and existing processes, including tactical sales initiatives, to maximize opportunities and enhance first call resolution.
Role Overview – 22 Month Fixed Term Contract
What You Can Expect:
Calculate and provide guidance on new business quotations. Assess, validate, and secure authorization for requests beyond your own limits for rates, commissions, and residual values. Address queries and optimize new business prospects. Deliver clear and detailed advice to retailers/partners regarding tactical campaigns to mitigate significant financial risks for all stakeholders. Update Retailers/Partners on the status of proposals in the Underwriting process.What We Are Looking For:
Experience in a high-volume telephone-based environment. Excellent telephone and customer service abilities. Proficiency in accurately managing and interpreting numerical data. Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.
