Role Overview:

As the Lead Operations Coordinator, you will manage the daily functions of the Primary Network Team, working closely with essential stakeholders, including Ocado Retail, third-party logistics partners, Supply Chain Teams, and broader Ocado Logistics Teams, to meet top industry performance indicators. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the network's overall success and sustainable growth while continuously pursuing innovative enhancements. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in Primary Networks, a mindset geared towards continuous improvement, and strong capabilities in stakeholder relationship management and team leadership.

Your Responsibilities:

- Oversee a team of Account Managers and Primary Coordinators, guiding them in achieving performance targets.
- Conduct individual meetings with team members, lead projects to facilitate business transformation, and participate in stakeholder discussions to enhance the Primary team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and other supply chain teams, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and sharing successes across the organization.
- Manage risks and challenges, promote effective collaboration, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engage in talent mapping and development initiatives, contributing to broader business projects.

Your Profile:

You are an exceptional communicator with robust planning and organizational skills, adept at thriving in a performance-driven environment. You possess a proven track record of managing both direct and indirect reports, with proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Your strong analytical abilities and technical acumen enable you to interpret numerical data effectively. You excel at building constructive relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders, positively influencing outcomes. As a proactive team player, you readily share knowledge and integrate well within diverse teams. You are a confident decision-maker, capable of working autonomously, and excel under pressure while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
