Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Assistant to become an integral part of our team. This role is based at our beautiful estate, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Compensation: The base salary for this position is £11.96 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings.

Work Schedule: This position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities: As a Care and Support Assistant, your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Providing housekeeping and domestic support throughout the estate.
  • Encouraging residents to engage in various activities that promote their health and happiness.
  • Assisting residents with appointments, transportation arrangements, and shopping needs.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A warm and friendly demeanor, with experience in a care or support role.
  • A genuine passion for enhancing the well-being and happiness of older adults.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A desire to work in the Health and Social Care sector, with a preference for candidates holding a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
