Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences as a Retail Advisor at Virgin Media O2

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and guiding customers through our comprehensive range of telecoms products and services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on Virgin Media O2's product portfolio, including mobile, broadband, and TV packages.
  • Process customer orders, manage accounts, and resolve any queries or concerns efficiently.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
