We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Host to join our team at David Lloyd Leisure. As a Spa Host, you will be the face of our premium spa retreats, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members have an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for our spa retreats, welcoming members and ensuring they understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
- Offer drinks and sell our spa well-being products, while maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
- Recommend and educate members on the various benefits of the spa experience, spa etiquette, and our products.
- Maximize member experience, usage, and value for money.
