About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front of House Team Member to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all members and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reception and Café Support: Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment at all times.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the café team to prepare and serve fresh, healthy, and nutritional food and drinks, and support the lifeguard team with breaks.
  • Communication: Develop strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, to effectively interact with members, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with members, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel, to effectively manage tasks and communicate with colleagues.
