HR Support Specialist

HR Assistant Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to provide administrative support to our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll, recruitment, and general administration tasks within the HR Department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide payroll support, including data collation and input, and liaison with the payroll bureau
- Coordinate and prepare employment contracts, including starter packs
- Update and maintain employee records, including the Starter/Leaver/Maternity Log
- Produce relevant correspondence and documentation, such as Probationary, Promotion, and Termination letters
- Coordinate eye care vouchers and other employee benefits
- Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the line manager
- Liaise with recruiting managers to provide an effective and efficient recruitment service, including advertising, processing applications, and issuing job offers and contracts
- Coordinate medicals and induction packs for new employees
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
