About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Advisor. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing proactive support and advice to colleagues across the University, while managing a wide variety of employee relations casework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with HR Managers to ensure that colleagues receive excellent support and guidance
  • Manage employee relations casework, including investigations and resolution of grievances
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of HR colleagues
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery
Requirements
  • Qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Experience of working in HR, preferably in a generalist or specialist role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
