Financial Operations Coordinator - Part Time

PIB Group is seeking a skilled Administrator to join our finance division on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Operations Coordinator focusing on Cash Allocations, your duties will encompass:

Cash Management:
Retrieving bank statements from multiple financial institutions and distributing funds across various broking platforms.

Cheque Processing:
Managing and depositing cheques in compliance with regulatory standards.

Communication:
Addressing inquiries from internal teams and external partners via email and phone.

Inbox Management:
Ensuring timely responses to all personal and group inboxes.

Professional Development:
Staying current with any continuing professional development training requirements.
