Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in a new function. As a Senior Manager, Project Management, you will be responsible for leading projects across all lifecycle stages, from growth to delivery and transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans, drive scope, schedule, and financial commitments, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project plans to inform necessary activity and resourcing of the business
- Gain commitment and drive to deliver the scope, schedule, risk/opportunity, and financial commitments
- Set and monitor expected project performance and take action to maintain benefits (quality, cost, delivery, and risk/opportunity)
- Manage project teams and governance, including daily stand-ups, tracking, and planning tasks
- Lead and contribute to the continuous development, improvement, and promotion of Project Management in DEA
- Project Management qualification (APM/Prince2 etc.)
- Experience in delivering projects
- Competent in managing project scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources
- Strong organisational, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills
- Resilient, data-driven, purposeful, curious, and analytical
- Able to build and maintain commitment from the team, including remote and hybrid members, vendors, and partners
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to commute to Gamston Airport and Lincoln
