Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team, responsible for operating across all project lifecycle stages. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering solutions, products, services, and business improvements by applying your project management knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans to inform necessary activity and resourcing of the business
  • Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to gain commitment and drive delivery of project scope, schedule, risk, and financial commitments
  • Set and monitor project performance, taking action to maintain benefits (quality, cost, delivery, and risk)
  • Manage project teams and governance, including daily stand-ups, task tracking, and planning
  • Manage change and compile concise status reports to ensure stakeholders are informed
  • Lead and contribute to the continuous development, improvement, and promotion of project management within DEA

Requirements:

  • Project management qualification (APM/Prince2 etc.)
  • Experience in delivering projects
  • Competent in managing project scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources
  • Strong organisational, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build trust and think critically
  • Resilient, data-driven, purposeful, curious, and analytical
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to meet the criteria for UK MoD SC Clearance
  • Able to commute to our locations
  • Have permanent right to work in the UK

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary of £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
