We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Stafforce. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with our contracts team to ensure projects are delivered on time and with the right materials.
- Work closely with our customers and supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of our products.
- Manage the loading schedule to track manufacture dates and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Review haulage rates and negotiate with transport companies to secure the best rates.
- Coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Perform general transport administration tasks, including delivery documentation and tracking additional costs.
- Work closely with our factories to ensure efficient production and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Organize trailer loading and issue work sheets to factories for daily yard work.
- Highlight any non-conformance reports (NCRs) to the Logistics Manager.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essential.
- Previous experience with a CRM system is beneficial, but training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
