Job Title: Senior Regional Manager

Salary: £39,000 plus a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £3000 per annum pro-rata

Bonus: Exceptional bonus based on company performance.

We are a leading car-buying service in the UK, experiencing rapid growth with over 500 branches and new locations opening regularly.

No prior automotive knowledge is necessary; we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Regional Manager, you will enhance regional purchasing goals by:

  • Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and managing employees within your area.
  • Communicating job expectations effectively.
  • Planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing employee contributions.
  • Enforcing company policies and procedures.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Leading and inspiring Retail Branch Managers to achieve performance targets.
  • Engaging in daily conference calls.
  • Conducting weekly one-on-one meetings.
  • Performing daily visits to branches throughout the region.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Assuming accountability for the Division two days a week in the absence of the Divisional Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Proven experience in a Regional Manager or Area Manager capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive high performance within a team.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective leadership qualities.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong numerical and business acumen.
