Regional Operations Manager - EMEA

Location: London, Hybrid (3x per week on-site)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our EMEA operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the model, coordinating delivery, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between partners, and between partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure seamless delivery of projects across the region.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure effective execution of operational tasks.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong Operational Background: Proven experience in operational management, with a strong understanding of production processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data.
