Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team at SSR Contract & Technical. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for streamlining processes and procedures, and liaising with existing clients to quote for new and additional works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our West London integrator, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for new business and upselling existing services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, resulting in increased revenue growth.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on system add-ons and small works, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, with a strong background in installation and service operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Mentor (cash 4 Windows) and ability to quote for systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder) add-ons and small works.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
