About the Role

TikTok is a leading destination for short-form mobile video, with a global presence in multiple regions. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing global fire safety strategies and policies at a regional level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Implementation: Ensure that fire safety SOPs and policies developed by the COE are effectively implemented in the assigned region.
  • Lead global programs and initiatives to improve fire safety standards and practices at a global scale.
  • Partnership Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including fire departments, regulatory bodies, and safety organizations.
  • Execution and Compliance: Oversee the execution of fire safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regional and international fire safety regulations.
  • Incident Response: Lead and coordinate fire safety incident responses, ensuring timely and effective resolution of fire safety issues.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular feedback to the central team on the effectiveness of fire safety strategies and initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and above.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields, including EHS, physical security operations, fire safety operations, GSOC, with a strong focus on regional implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to lead and manage physical safety initiatives and incident responses.
  • In-depth knowledge of regional fire safety regulations and standards.
