Role Overview
The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) will be responsible for achieving both financial and operational targets for their designated depots, playing a crucial role in the growth and advancement of the business within the region.

This position ensures exceptional customer service and that planning, CAD design, and scheduling facilitate effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the efficient and safe operation of the business to meet performance objectives, including safety, revenue, profitability, and customer KPIs.
  • Assist operational teams to ensure prompt invoicing and cash collection within the region.
  • Guarantee a seamless transition of secured sales to operations, encompassing contracts, KPIs, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to establish the annual business strategy and ensure the region meets its goals through regular project and contract evaluations.
  • Ensure depots meet business and operational KPIs.
  • Adhere to business policies, governance, and processes to support regional outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
Ability to evaluate and prioritize tasks, making strategic decisions that align with the business development strategy.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and clients to achieve business objectives.
This role will require regular travel between multiple depots.
