Are you passionate about inspiring, motivating, and engaging others? We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee our restaurant locations in the Midlands, including key areas.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, as a Regional Operations Manager, you will ensure that the restaurants within your jurisdiction operate efficiently, safely, and profitably while providing outstanding guest experiences. Your role will involve:

  • Ensuring operational excellence is understood and implemented across all restaurant teams.
  • Identifying and nurturing talent for succession planning.
  • Managing financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your area.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What We Seek

  • Proven experience at the area manager level or higher.
  • Background in a consumer-facing multi-site environment, preferably in hospitality or retail.
  • Experience in leading large, diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with sales environments and managing KPIs.
  • Ability to manage P&L accounts effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to inspire teams.
