Job Description

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Support Regional Teams: Manage regional teams to achieve performance targets, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining a solid understanding of property regulations and compliance.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets effectively, and demonstrate financial acumen.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel across the UK as required to oversee regional operations.

About the Role: As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing a large portion of our UK-wide portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery. You will lead and support regional teams to achieve performance targets, manage property performance, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of property regulations and compliance, financial acumen, and budget management experience. You will also need to be able to travel across the UK as required.
