Job Description

Job Title: Regional Operations Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Director to lead our EMEA operations team. As a key member of our Publicis Media team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our regional clients' operations, coordinating delivery, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration between partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational guidelines, working closely with Production Planners, Data Translators, and Studio Leads to ensure seamless data management across all studios within Circle.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of operations professionals across locations, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team members are working together effectively.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Client Lead to develop business plans, scope plans, and transition plans to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee and own the workflow across the CaST model, ensuring day-to-day activities between Production Planners and Account Managers are aligned with business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Manage and oversee staff planning, resource allocation, and financial management to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and drive innovation and efficiencies across the CaST model, collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong Operational Background: Proven experience in operations management, with a strong understanding of the production process across multiple assets.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of operations professionals.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business plans, scope plans, and transition plans to drive business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
