The Role: Marketing Operations Director

As our Marketing Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing vision. You will lead a team of talented professionals, overseeing all aspects of marketing operations to ensure seamless campaign delivery and maximize brand impact.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Oversee the creation and execution of multi-brand campaigns across B2C, B2B, and M&E segments, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing team of marketing professionals in the UK and Netherlands regions. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to foster individual growth and team success.
  • Campaign Coordination & Optimization: Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and measurement. Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Content & Communications: Oversee the development and distribution of compelling content across various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and public relations. Ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive customer experience.
  • Industry Expertise & Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Leverage your knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation within the marketing function.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
