Marketing Operations Director


We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Director to oversee the Regional Marketing teams and work closely with the VP of Brand & Content Marketing, Lifestyle and Brand/Content teams to effectively communicate the company's ongoing strategies via campaigns, public relations, marketing, partnerships and promotions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate and deliver the company's annual campaign calendars as well as multi-brand B2C, B2B and M&E campaigns & relevant marketing activity, alongside wider marketing teams, including Arena Hospitality Group and Radisson Hotel Group.
  • Identify commercial initiatives/opportunities
  • Manage the UK & NL Regional Marketing teams, working with the local GM's and hotel teams to deliver the company's 90 day plans and ongoing activities.
  • Actively participate in Marketing, PR, Commercial and Operational meetings
  • Manage Regional PR strategies and activity
  • Responsible for the management, coordination and execution of media and marketing events
  • Oversee and direct photo, video and multi-media shoots across the estate
  • To report, track activity and communicate results
  • Responsible for the hotel Content Matrices, overseeing & managing the updates of hotel, restaurant, bars, M&E and other relevant channels, online platforms and listings
  • Support the VP Brand & Content Marketing, and other team members in preparing for & delivering new hotels, restaurants and products to market.
  • Provide and share relevant industry and competitor data
  • Manage PR & Marketing Managers in both the UK & NL regions.
  • Support the Brand, Guest and Digital Experience team with initiatives
