Market Operations Director

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Market Operations Director to join our team in the Middle East. As a key member of our Markets team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering projects across the bank, working closely with the Head of Markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinate and deliver projects across the bank, ensuring timely and successful completion
* Implement the order management system, streamlining market operations and improving efficiency
* Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and processes, ensuring compliance and risk management
* Represent Markets Projects, including IT integration, risk management, and governance

**Requirements**

* 7-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Investment Banking
* Strong knowledge of market products and order management systems
* Proven track record of implementing successful projects and improving market operations
