Xero Accounting Specialist


Project People is collaborating with a dynamic organization in the Technology Sector, and we are currently in search of a proficient and experienced Xero Accounting Specialist.


In the role of Xero Accounting Specialist, you will be essential in upholding the financial integrity of the organization by ensuring precise financial documentation, adherence to regulations, and delivering insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive records of financial transactions.
  • Oversee accounts by posting, verifying, and allocating transactions.
  • Conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage the general ledger.
  • Prepare trial balances and financial statements.
  • Monitor for discrepancies from the anticipated budget.
  • Assist in payroll processing.
  • Support the generation of sales invoices.
Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Xero accounting software.
  • Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Knowledgeable about tax regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in payroll processing and management.
  • Capable of collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Organized, diligent, and eager to assist others.
