Job Summary

THC Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, negotiating and winning business from consumer and corporate entities, and representing the company in a professional and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and canvass new and existing leads generated by the company
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customers
  • Follow the company's recognised customer journey
  • Make a minimum of 60 outgoing sales calls per day (or minimum 300 per week)
  • Spent a minimum of 2 1/2 hours on the telephone in each working day
  • Perform in line with the account managers income targets
  • Utilise the following products - HP, LP and PCP
  • Demonstrate competence of product knowledge for the full product range, lenders systems, policies and procedures
  • Follow procedures to protect the company against potential bad debt and fraud
  • Understand credit submission procedures, recommendations and lender systems
  • Follow up all new leads or business opportunities with a number of pre-agreed phone calls and relevant texts/emails as per company guidelines
  • Record all customer and prospect details on company database completing all relevant fields as per company policy
Requirements
  • Good communication, both written and verbal
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment
  • Ability to deal with/influence key influencers and decision makers
