Business Operations Coordinator

Marmion is seeking a highly organized and confident individual to join our growing scheduling team as a Business Support Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who is looking to establish a career in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of engineers' works, taking into consideration the location of booked jobs and the location/qualifications of attending engineers.
- Customer Communication: Relay full details of the jobs to engineers, ensuring that repeat visits are avoided, and provide customers with all relevant information for the works to be completed.
- Issue Resolution: Deal with any queries or issues that arise from the scheduled works, ensuring customers' needs are met while considering business costs involved with processing works.
- 1+ years' experience in a telephone-based admin role.
- 1+ years' experience in a scheduling environment would be beneficial.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence and ability to deal directly with customers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- The ability to manage clients' expectations and requirements.
- UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
