About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Senior Business Support Administrator at Marmion. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate and schedule engineer works, taking into consideration the location of booked jobs and the location/qualifications of attending engineers.
  • Ensure that deadlines and SLAs are consistently met, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to plan and schedule works, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delays.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in a telephone-based administrative role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
