Your Role

As an EV Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of a rapidly growing market. We are investing significantly to ensure we remain the UK's leading provider of charging solutions to businesses. Your focus will be on supporting UK businesses specifically, helping them transition to electric vehicles (EVs) by providing our innovative charging solutions that simplify how fleets charge at home and on the road.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Selling: Achieve both individual revenue and sales targets by identifying, connecting with, engaging, and converting small to medium-sized fleets. This role involves primarily phone/zoom interactions (90%) with occasional face-to-face meetings (10%).
  • Reviewing and Planning: Conduct regular detailed commercial reviews of the sales pipeline to identify opportunities and potential risks. Develop specific strategies and action plans for each opportunity, ensuring effective management of short-, medium-, and long-term deliverables.
  • Consulting: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, reflecting our core values and offering a professional service tailored to their needs. Maximize the opportunity for success by understanding their explicit requirements.
  • Continuous Self-Improvement: Actively pursue training opportunities internally and externally to gain a thorough understanding of all products, processes, and services. This allows you to effectively meet bespoke client needs and network across channels to enhance your visibility and that of our brand within the marketplace.

We seek a successful sales professional who is entrepreneurial, driven, and inquisitive. You have a proven track record of recognizing and capitalizing on self-generated leads. Your excellent presentation and communication skills are honed through previous roles where you utilized tools to manage a personal sales pipeline.
