Position: Office Administrator – Temp to Perm

Hourly Rate: £11.44

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9 AM to 5 PM

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the academic administration for designated courses.
  • Address a variety of inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and positive interactions with prospective and current students, alumni, and staff.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Programme Leaders.
  • Maintain precise and confidential student records and documentation, adhering to GDPR standards.
  • Perform scanning, photocopying, and organization of course materials.
  • Process student assignments and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with members of the Senior Management Team.
  • Collaborate with Programme Leaders and academic faculty.
  • Engage with administrative teams within partner organizations.
  • Utilize the library loans database to manage the return, renewal, and loan of resources to students.
  • Execute any additional tasks relevant to the role.
