Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the academic administration for designated courses.
- Address a variety of inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and positive interactions with prospective and current students, alumni, and staff.
- Provide administrative assistance to Programme Leaders.
- Maintain precise and confidential student records and documentation, adhering to GDPR standards.
- Perform scanning, photocopying, and organization of course materials.
- Process student assignments and related documentation.
- Coordinate with members of the Senior Management Team.
- Collaborate with Programme Leaders and academic faculty.
- Engage with administrative teams within partner organizations.
- Utilize the library loans database to manage the return, renewal, and loan of resources to students.
- Execute any additional tasks relevant to the role.
