We are looking for a Logistics Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.

In this position, you will be tasked with ensuring that all administrative functions are performed efficiently, facilitating effective communication across various departments, and contributing to the enhancement of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage all administrative responsibilities within the logistics team.
  • Adhere to established protocols for the daily invoicing of shipments.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least a grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
  • Previous experience in a related position.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
