Job Title: Outbound Logistics Administrator

Wattbike is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Outbound Logistics Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring stock accuracy and availability across all Wattbike warehouse locations.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, supply chain, or administrative roles and be able to follow processes while identifying continuous improvement opportunities. You will be a natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to prioritize, plan, and find solutions quickly and consistently within tight restrictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders for both B2B and D2C customers and ensure timely, right-first-time delivery and subsequent shipping and invoicing of completed orders.
  • Assist the Planning Manager with managing day-to-day white glove courier partners to deliver on time and in full completion of orders, providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Review and action 3rd party courier KPI and Exception reports, handling non-conformances raised by the customer experience team to ensure service levels are met.
  • Assist the Planning Manager with the day-to-day organization of deliveries and planning the most cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide a solid base for import and export transactions for container shipping globally via sea, air, or road.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day Sales Return Order process to ensure stock accuracy and the timely return or exchange of goods.
  • Owning and improving the daily Service Centre reconditioning process and Assembly Orders within Microsoft Dynamics to ensure timely stock accuracy.
  • Support the supply chain team with ad-hoc/daily reporting and time-bound administrative tasks.
  • Identify continuous improvement across sales order processing and inventory management, Microsoft Dynamics to streamline operational processes across the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, supply chain, or administrative roles.
  • Ability to follow processes while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Able to prioritize, plan, and find solutions quickly and consistently within tight restrictions.
  • Full of positivity, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and commitment to the goals at hand.
  • Knowledge of various IT packages, especially Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
  • A passionate, cross-functional, and proactive operator, both remotely and face-to-face.
  • Comfortable with challenging the status quo; in asking 'why' and 'why not'.
