Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the academic administration for designated courses.
- Address a variety of inquiries while ensuring excellent customer service and positive interactions with prospective and current students, alumni, and staff.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Programme Leaders.
- Maintain precise and confidential student records and documentation, adhering to GDPR standards.
- Handle scanning, photocopying, and assembling course materials.
- Process student submissions and related documentation.
- Coordinate with members of the Senior Management Team.
- Engage with Programme Leaders and academic faculty.
- Collaborate with administrative teams within partner organizations.
- Utilize the library loans database for returning, renewing, and lending resources to students.
- Perform any additional duties relevant to the role.
