Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the academic administration for designated courses.
  • Address a variety of inquiries while ensuring excellent customer service and positive interactions with prospective and current students, alumni, and staff.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Programme Leaders.
  • Maintain precise and confidential student records and documentation, adhering to GDPR standards.
  • Handle scanning, photocopying, and assembling course materials.
  • Process student submissions and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with members of the Senior Management Team.
  • Engage with Programme Leaders and academic faculty.
  • Collaborate with administrative teams within partner organizations.
  • Utilize the library loans database for returning, renewing, and lending resources to students.
  • Perform any additional duties relevant to the role.
