Position Overview
- Deliver extensive administrative assistance to foster a learner-focused environment for course and event execution.

- Work in partnership with Education Coordinators to enhance administrative processes.
- Improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction through process optimization.
- Leverage digital platforms to facilitate educational planning and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the upkeep of digital platforms for course and event organization.
- Support administrative functions related to course scheduling.
- Manage daily tasks in collaboration with Education Coordinators.
- Contribute to the development of office procedures for streamlined operations.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact.

Job Duties
- Assist Education Coordinators and Business Support Officer with procurement and financial transactions.
- Support Clinical Skills Technicians in preparing rooms for training sessions.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new personnel regarding office protocols.
- Accurately document meeting minutes and notes.
- Participate in front desk responsibilities as part of a team rotation.
- Assist in both internal and external course organization.
- Ensure training attendance records are meticulously maintained.
- Proactively address issues and escalate when necessary.
- Deliver prompt and professional customer service through various communication channels.
- Support multiple teams with administrative responsibilities.
- Represent Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trusts positively.
Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications
- 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including English.
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
- ECDL or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of an Advanced Excel Training course/qualification.
Experience
- Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service practices.
- Experience in documenting meeting minutes and notes.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with digital systems such as CELCAT.
