Job Description

Cherry Professional - Relationship Led Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join a fast-growing team in a dynamic business environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in procurement, purchasing, or as a junior buyer, especially within a construction industry setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document management.
  • Upload prices onto the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Coordinate with the design team and arrange meetings with suppliers.
  • Obtain prices for quotes from the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, bid administration, or as a junior buyer is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry software.
  • Proficiency in managing spreadsheets and performing administrative tasks.
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
