In the role of Logistics Administrative Coordinator, your primary focus will be on ensuring that all administrative functions are executed efficiently, facilitating effective communication across various departments, and actively participating in enhancing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage all administrative tasks for the logistics team.
  • Adhere to established protocols for daily order billing.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all responsibilities.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least a grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a comparable position.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office & SAP applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
