About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Clinical Lead to join our Ealing Talking Therapies team at West London NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and making a genuine impact on the staff, community, and service users.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with the Talking Therapies Clinical Lead and the other Deputy Clinical Lead to deliver an excellent and innovative service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on service development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with the clinical team to deliver high-quality clinical services
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to increase diversity and accessibility in the service
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the clinical team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recorded/registered doctoral level qualification in clinical psychology or a related field
  • Significant post-qualification experience working as a fully qualified psychological therapy practitioner
  • Experience of working within primary care psychology and/or Talking Therapies services
  • Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
  • A commitment to continued service development and quality improvement
