Role Summary:
As the Supply Chain Manager for Europe, you will oversee supply chain partnerships, serving as the primary contact for external stakeholders. Your role will encompass managing internal inquiries related to our supplier network and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Forge new partnerships with multinational, regional, and local fuel suppliers and logistics providers.
- Conduct initial evaluations and onboarding to ensure suppliers meet required standards.
- Manage and enhance existing supplier relationships, acting as the primary contact for contract management.
- Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements, including pricing and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with contract obligations and address any performance issues.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain, including product sourcing, logistics, and stock management.
- Implement and refine operational processes to support ambitious growth objectives.
- Serve as the resolution authority for disputes between the organization and its suppliers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong industry connections and proficiency in aviation fuel logistics.
- Experience in high-pressure, 24/7 logistical environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
- Ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Interest in data analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Adaptability to new processes and technologies.
- Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
