Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement negotiated contractual agreements with supply chain partners.
  • Maintain and manage the contractual database, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Establish a systematic approach to manage supplier contracts post-agreement to guarantee adherence to obligations.
  • Utilize available data to ensure accurate representation of commercial terms in systems.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of pricing structures at various airports across Europe.
  • Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, Pricing, Credit, Tax, Dispatch, and Vendor Reconciliation teams to handle supplier pricing disputes, including invoice analysis and corrections.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers to facilitate swift resolution of invoice disputes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and implement appropriate escalation processes.
  • Support the European supply team by gathering data and preparing market reports, offering insights on existing and new processes.
  • Identify relevant internal and external data sources to address business challenges and enhance key sales cycle processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or Finance is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet creation, pivot tables, and formula usage.
  • Ability to engage professionally with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong communication skills with the capacity to understand diverse needs across finance, sales, supply chain, marketing, and operations.
  • Competence in reviewing, analyzing, and assessing business systems and user requirements.
  • Ability to identify potential issues, propose alternatives, and suggest solutions.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment, with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.

Desired Attributes:

  • Knowledge of aviation fuel and flight operations.
  • Fluency in additional European languages besides English is a plus.
