About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AOG Operations Specialist to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. As a key member of our International Operations Centre, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aviation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Critical Order Management: Act as a focal point for our airline customers, handling time-sensitive orders and ensuring requirements are met efficiently.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Identify sources of supply, arrange shipments, and manage inventory levels to meet contractual service levels.
  • Customer Communication: Provide excellent communication and feedback to airline customers, ensuring their demands are met and any potential shortfalls are addressed.
  • Operational Performance: Assist with daily operational demands, ensuring customer requests are fulfilled in accordance with contractual service levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential problems and risks, evaluate implications, and develop contingency plans to ensure customer satisfaction and contract performance.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, produce statistical analysis to highlight surpluses or shortfalls, and set reorder levels for ultimate efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven supply chain or logistics experience in a high-pressure, time-critical environment.
  • Knowledge: Broad knowledge of airline, aviation, and aerospace operating environments, including technical services, logistics operations, and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience working with demanding customers.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to adapt to in-house IT systems.
