At Virgin Atlantic, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Inflight Services Product Supply Chain team. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of the aviation industry and a proven track record of managing complex supply chains.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Inflight Services Product Supply Chain, including inventory control, budget management, and people management.
  • Manage third-party supply chain inventory control, ensuring that all products meet brand expectations and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the non-food & beverage procurement strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the supply chain function meets brand expectations and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure that they meet the company's quality and service standards.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in managing complex supply chains, particularly in the aviation industry.
  • Strong commercial and financial knowledge, with experience in transportation and warehousing across international borders.
  • Ability to travel at short notice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
