Role Overview:
As the Supply Coordinator for Europe, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our supply chain partners meet their contractual commitments, thereby upholding our service standards to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the terms of contracts with supply chain partners.
- Maintain an organized database of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Implement a structured approach to oversee supplier contracts post-agreement.
- Utilize available data to ensure accurate reflection of commercial terms.
- Develop a thorough understanding of pricing mechanisms at various airports in Europe.
- Collaborate with Billing, CSR, Pricing, Credit, Tax, Dispatch, and Vendor Reconciliation teams to resolve pricing disputes.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers for prompt invoice dispute resolution.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders and manage escalation processes as needed.
- Support the European supply team by gathering data and preparing market reports, providing insights on existing and new processes.
- Identify data sources to address business challenges and enhance sales cycle processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheet creation and formula usage.
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
- Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to analyze and evaluate business systems and user requirements.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to propose viable solutions.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive and organized self-starter with a positive attitude.
