Automotive Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics operations to meet time-critical demands from airline customers
- Work closely with the Operations Specialist Team Leader and team to ensure operational performance meets contracted targets
- Communicate with airline customers to provide detailed and confident feedback on logistical movements
- Process materials, procurement, and inventory management efficiently and effectively
- Act as a focal point for airline/customer requests, ensuring demands are raised in a timely manner and shipments are arranged in accordance with contractual service levels
Requirements:
- Proven time-critical supply chain or logistics operations experience in a high-pressure environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to adapt to in-house IT systems
